30,000 customers book Porsche’s electric Taycan

Berlin [Germany], Dec 11: Due to rising pollution and the climate change, people are attracted towards alternative vehicles for travelling purposes and Porsche’s Taycan- an all-electric super Sedan attracts much buyers.

Porsche CEO Oliver Blume has told Germany’s Handelsblatt newspaper that it has taken down payments from 30,000 customers in Europe for its Taycan, the luxury car maker’s first fully electric model.

Customers have made down payments of 2,500 euros each and 10,000 of them have already placed a firm order to buy a Taycan, Blume said.

There are also other electric vehicles available like Audi E-Tron, Mercedes-Benz EQC, and Jaguar I-Pace
