Amit Shah use leaders who left Congress and joined BJP for poaching of MLAs for Fadnavis

New Delhi, Nov 24: Worried over the lack of support of MLAs and the documents that are to be produced before the Supreme Court on November 25, BJP has reportedly entrusted four of its leaders, including Narayan Rane with the task of poaching the MLAs of the Congress, the NCP and the Shiv Sena to secure majority for Fadnavis.

BJP’s expert of toppling non-BJP government’s and President Amit Shah has delegated the task of poaching to senior leaders Radhkrishna Vikhe Patil, who left Congress and joined BJP ahead of the last month’s Assembly elections, former Congressman and now BJP Rajya Sabha MP Narayan Rane, NCP-turned-BJP MLA Ganesh Naik and Babanrao Pachpute.

Therefore, Amit Shah is killing two birds with one stone , giving bad name to the old Congress men and the leaders of other parties by using them for the poaching purposes and also killing their mass appeal and in next elections the leaders or politicians who joined BJP for remaining in power will be sidelined and kicked out.

This is the larger game plan and conspiracy of Amit Shah to eliminate other political parties of India and the leaders are falling prey to it without being aware of it . politicians from other political parties must not jump to other parties ie, the BJP, this is the time for Congress leaders and leaders of non-BJP leaders to show some loyalty towards the party that helped them to be a leader with mass appeal . Just for power, the leaders are ruining themselves, the parties which nurtured them and the country as one party rule will ruin the nation.

The NCP, Congress and Shiv Sena have moved their members of legislative Assembly to different hotels in Mumbai to foil any attempt by the BJP to poach them ahead of the floor test in the Assembly, the date of which has not yet been decided.

Fearing horse-trading attempt by the BJP, the NCP earlier today decided to shift its MLAs to Hotel Hyatt from Hotel Renaissance where they are currently lodged.

The Congress MLAs have been moved to the JW Marriott Hotel in Juhu while the lawmakers of the Shiv Sena are staying at The Lalit hotel located near the Mumbai international airport.

Constitution has been violated by the people at the highest levels by revoking the President’s rule without the clearance by the Union Cabinet.

The entire political drama will find mention in the history of India as this is another Constitution violation committed by Narendra Modi in his lust for power . BJP argued that Prime Minister Narendra Modi through his special powers, had given the green signal to revoke President rule during midnight so that at 7 am in the morning Fadnavis should take oath.BJP made an unexpected comeback in Maharashtra with Devendra Fadnavis taking oath as the chief minister and NCP leader Ajit Pawar as his deputy.

In the Maharashtra Assembly polls held in October, the BJP had won 105 seats, the Shiv Sena 56, the NCP 54 and the Congress 44.

With the political scenario changing in a fast-paced manner in the state, the role of MLAs has become far more crucial during the floor test in the 288-member House where the halfway mark to secure a majority is 145.

Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court on Sunday asked Solicitor General Tushar Mehta representing the Modi government at the centre to place before it on Monday morning Governor BS Koshyari’s order on November 23 inviting BJP’s Devendra Fadnavis to form the government and Fadnavis’s letter to the Governor claiming majority.

A bench of Justices NV Ramana, Ashok Bhushan and Sanjiv Khanna also issued notices to the Centre and Maharashtra government on a petition filed by the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress combine against the Maharashtra Governor’s decision to swear in Fadnavis as chief minister. The court also issued notice to Fadnavis and Dy chief minister Ajit Pawar.

The bench asked Solicitor General Mehta to produce letters of the Governor at 10.30am on Monday for passing orders. The apex court declined the fervent request of Mehta seeking two days to place the Governor’s communication on record.

Senior advocate Kapil Sibal and AM Singhvi, appearing for the combine, told the bench that floor test be conducted today itself so that it can be ascertained that Fadnavis enjoys majority in the house. They maintained that post-poll alliance of the three parties have the majority in the 288-member house.
