New Delhi, June 10: Former Supreme Court judge Markandey Katju in his latest tweet has indicated there is every possibility that Emergency could happen again in India.
In a series of tweets, he termed that the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections are like war and truth becomes the first casualty during war.

This is not the first time that there are talks that emergency can be imposed, even Senior BJP leader LK Advani had said that Emergency-like situation could emerge again and forces that can crush democracy are stronger now.
“I do not say that the political leadership is not mature. But I don’t have the confidence that it (Emergency) cannot happen again,”Advani said
